Everyone at SunRocket has been great at fixing my problems and gripes. More importantly, they followed up on each and every phone call, email, and trouble ticket. I can't get over the fact that I've had good email and telephone conversations with the principals (the CMO and the head of tech support) in SunRocket.

I recently signed-up for SunRocket service and, as promised, the installation was quick and easy. Also, when I called SunRocket customer service folks, they were friendly and helpful. We are currently paying about $70 per month for the same (or even less) service on Verizon, so SunRocket will be saving us approximately $640 per year.....You can't beat that with a stick!!!

One of the first things I noticed about this system is how impressive the clarity of conversations have been compared to our previous dedicated phone service. Another appealing aspect of this service is having the ability to access the call log from the web and understand your phone usage instantly. The web access for this service is friendly and very intuitive. Lastly, I wanted to complement SunRocket for taking a "gotcha" free policy when it comes to billing and service contracts. I have yet to receive a bill from a phone company that clearly described what my service was and how much it actually cost.
